One of the biggest crypto exchanges, and the most popular one in the US, Coinbase has launched a new service for institutional investors.
On September 1st it was revealed Coinbase raised 57m USD for a new lending platform that enables regular users to lend their assets to this exchange, and the exchange will further offer those assets for borrowing to the big institutions.
Per Coinbase’s statement, they are working to “update the financial system that was built over 100 years ago”.
