Virunga – Congo’s most famous national park – is mining Bitcoin on clean energy, creating new jobs for the local community, and a sustainable system for its workers.
Earnings from mining are already being used for workers’ salaries and infrastructure projects.
At the moment, there are 10 containers with 250 to 500 mining rigs.
